7D Pupil Transportation Driver

$21.00 / hr

Requirements: Age 23+, valid MA Driver’s License held continuously for 3+ years, clean driving record.

Clearances: Must pass CORI/SORI background checks, DOT physical, and obtain/hold MA 7D Pupil Transport Certificate.

Focus: Patient, mature, safety-minded drivers enthusiastic about supporting children on the autism spectrum in a low-sensory vehicle environment. Paid company behavioral management training provided.

Specialized Transportation Monitor

$26.00 / hr

Requirements: Hold or complete Autism Certificate (AC) or Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) credential via IBCCES. CPR/First Aid certified.

Clearances: Must pass CORI/SORI background checks and drug screening.

Focus: Seasoned caregivers, paraprofessionals, retired educators, or DSPs passionate about providing sensory support, verbal de-escalation, and passenger care during transit.
